The Alliance for Indigenous Prosperity (AIP) leads strategic advocacy to advance self-determined economic empowerment for Tribes, Native Hawaiian Organizations, and Alaska Native Corporations (collectively referred to as Indigenous 8(a) firms).
AIP is committed to protecting and strengthening the 8(a) program, recognizing it as a critical vehicle for community reinvestment, job creation, and long-term prosperity in Indigenous communities. This includes efforts to expand access to federal procurement opportunities, streamline certification processes, and ensure equity across agencies.
Central to AIP’s mission is raising awareness among policymakers, federal agencies, and industry stakeholders about the unique and measurable value Indigenous 8(a) firms bring to the federal government—through exceptional performance and through the economic, cultural, and social impact they generate in the communities they serve.
