Joe Jordan

Joseph Jordan is the President and CEO of Actuparo, a firm he founded in 2019 to drive innovation in government procurement. He previously served as the U.S. Chief Acquisition Officer and Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy at the White House, and as Associate Administrator at the U.S. Small Business Administration. Joe also led two tech companies, including FedBid, one of the largest federal acquisition marketplaces. His leadership has shaped procurement policy at the highest levels, with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and small business access. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School and a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.
